Apartments are kept in prime condition through constant inspection and cleaning by our professional house maids. Apartments are dressed fully from the start through our own in house design team to provide you with not only a superb basis for the income model, but also these units are then ideally established to promote sales of the units on to investors or end users.

All aspects of maintenance are undertaken on your behalf, following your permission, should anything require attention.

Higher returns and audited accounts to reflect this therefore improving the value of your investments. We are also able to give a rental valuation for properties you may be considering purchasing for your benefit and as a reference for potential lenders.
