We pride ourselves in our in-house expertise in housekeeping, accounts, marketing, sales and active routes to market to ensure we make our apartments available to as many possible corporate and leisure guests.

The business has been established by Adam Thorpe. A young businessman based in the town of Harrogate, controlling a property portfolio in excess of Ł10m, he is now clearly focused on building the business into not only a service provider of high quality short term accommodation but also forming strategic partnerships with clients to develop out property with them for their own homes, investment and re sale purposes.

Adam Thorpe also spends some of his time acting as a property buying agent in Yorkshire working with property typically from Ł800,000 to Ł5m.

We also have an equestrian centre in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire situated above the beautiful Lake Semerwater. Our very own Yorkshire trekking centre features indoor and outdoor arenas, horse riding in the dales with stunning backdrop of Wensleydale. Our Yorkshire riding school can be enjoyed with a hack booked through us or indeed as part of a Yorkshire riding holiday with our cottages at Gill Edge, Bainbridge, North Yorkshire.
